Supacat. I have Phadt Coilovers and Sways. The go is quite a bit better over stock. I too do not track my car and I can say without hesitation that the coilovers are far superior to the have set-up. I desire my go on the firm align. Thus. I have the shocks calibrated at 12 out of 16 settings. The sways are set to the firmest in lie and 2nd from firmest in the straighten which results in absolutely no bend in turns. The turn in and steering response is improved as come up as the rebound over short dips and bumps. The quality of workmanship and go of installation is superior to most. The cost is less than most other Coilover and Bars on the market. Aaron and Robin are a pleasure to bring home the bacon with. I had the VetteDrs install the entire package. In addition. I lowered the car about 7/8" from have had the car aligned and am very pleased with the results. You would not be going do by by using Phadt equipment. I wish this helps. Feel remove to contact me should you wish futher details. Dominic

I'm running the Pfadt coilovers on both my cars. On the bring in car they work perfectly and improved my bring in times. I put them on my street car just to get it low enough for me. The stock suspension is good enough for a auto-x.. Once you get some time under your sing then go for the coilovers for better lap times.. Keep in object if you plan on taking your car to the drag strip the stock suspension is better.. SW

Oh so true. We found out the hard way on our drag car. Thought we were doing the right thing by putting coilovers on for exceed handling and DD and our high 9 sec car quickly became a mid 10 sec car.
"Removed comment's don't want to start a war"here my two cents (not to seize the go) if your asking if you need coilovers then you probally don't need them or upgraded shocks.. a be is needed when you displace the limits and you find a weakness that is holding you back...

I just installed Pfadt Coilovers and Pfatty comp move back and forth bars. I have not been on the track yet but for street they are quite a bit firmer thay the stock setup and I am only running #6 on the shocks and the center position on the sways. The car corners flatter and seems to handle better but I have only had them on for a few days. The install was no problem and Aaron is happy to answer any questions you may have. Or you can give me a label also. I should know more after next week when I return from VIR. JD

Supacat thanks for the compliments. I caught up with a assort on the Long Island go Foliage journey today. You can get a see at some more pics of my car taken today by some of the group members. I really don't know how to affix vids. I guess I will undergo to learn. The pics can be seen in the Northeast Thread Events on the Forum. Thanks again. And the Phadts are great. I think they were one of the best upgrades I did. Dominic
FYIMike is actually running Motons on his street Z and a Phadt move back and forth bar. I know he loves the setup but now that his monster is on the track his C6Z sees little more than runs to the 7-11.
Supacat,Guess I dozed of and missed this thread earlier. You never mentioned why you conclude the be to upgrade. Do you be the car to ride differently? Are you looking for more responsiveness or do you just be to control more aggressively on the street? How long do you plan on keeping this car?As Go Treo mentioned. I am running Pfadt sways but my coilovers are Motons. I have driven cars with Pfadts as come up. My first thought is to deliver your money until I undergo a better idea of what you're looking for. If the.
